I "think" I am done with a rough draft of my poster. I ended up finishing the executive summary first because I knew I would much rather edit a poster than work on another written paper. Writing is not my strength. I was glad that I went ahead and fleshed out the executive summary before starting my poster. I had to further narrow down what I had written in the executive summary to an even smaller chunk. I also only references one document that was not a published journal article. I am wondering if that will be a problem. I cited a CDE publication which states that all students need to know the ethical use of technology and that access to technology should not be another achievement gap.
I struggled with the formatting of the poster a bit. I looked at the samples and I felt that having an image as my entire background was really distracting and not eye appealing. I ended up using the exact colors of my logo as my background and I added the image from my logo onto the top of the poster. I had to make some adjustments to the sizes of the boxes and move some of the information around to make it fit that size poster with a size 30 font. I also ended up justifying my text because I liked how that looked. Please give me feedback if you think that the justified text is hard to read. Link to my poster:

Christina, I had a lot of trouble with the formatting of the poster. I thought that he said we had to use 36pt font which was such a struggle! I really like how your poster looks. It's very clean and professional. My eye did notice that your two logos on each end of your poster are not equal. Maybe you did that intentionally, but I wanted to point that out. It was the first thing that my eye noticed. Now that I look at it again, it could be that there is just more space between the words that make it look that way. What if you only put one logo on the left and not two? Other than that, I think your poster looks great!

Christina, I think your poster looks fantastic! nice, clean and professional looking. You are setting high standards for the rest of us that have not completed it yet! I am not sure how I feel about the justified text. I like the clean right and left margins, but I am not sure that I like the varied gaps within the text. My eye seems to be drawn to the uneven spacing between the words, but that could just be my slight OCD tendency. :)... the poster looks great overall; fantastic job!

Your poster looks very professional. I too am concerned about font size and really hope there will be feedback at our next class. I liked that you used your logo. I tried to place more imamges in my poster for visual eye candy, but looking at yours, maybe it's not necessary. Fewer images would allow for larger font size.
